RETURNS AND

REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you require an exchange in size/colour, then simply return the item within 14 days of receipt with the original tags, packaging and completed Returns Form, using the re-sealable original bag and the return address sticker to the address below.

 

If the Returns Form is not enclosed or not completed properly your return will be refunded by default. It is vital that your order number in completed on the Returns Form and all correspondence.

 

If you are returning an item which when delivered was faulty, damaged or incorrect we will refund the return postage costs to the card you used when placing the order.

 

If you are returning an item to be exchanged or refunded then you are responsible for the return postage costs.

 

We would strongly recommend you return items using the Royal Mail Tracked Service with compensation cover and obtain a certificate of posting for your records, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post whilst being returned to us.

 

We reserve the right to refuse items where it is apparent that the product has been worn or washed repeatedly.

 

Please note that if we do not have available stock for any requested exchange, then a refund will be automatically be processed and a confirmation sent to the account email address.

 

Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of a returned item for a replacement item to be despatched.

 

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

 

It can take up to 14 working days from receipt of a returned item for a refund to be processed and appear in your account.
